FY USA is a member firm of the FY International network and offers exclusively business coaching and improvement counselling to domestic accounting firms in the United States. FY USA is proud to have a strong leadership team that includes the founders of FY International: Jim Fernandez and Renan Cabrera.
FY USA would also like to introduce Mr. Sia Kal, Managing Partner. Sia brings to FY USA’s leadership decades of experience developing business improvement methodologies for accounting and law firms. He has created compelling marketing content, professional courses accredited for CPE, and seminars attended by hundreds of firms worldwide. Sia will be directing FY USA’s coaching and business improvement activities in the United States with the support of Jim and Renan

On March 31, Sia will be hosting a panel discussion webinar on how accounting firms can support business clients during the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion will feature four CPA panelists from accounting firms across the United States.
