Andy trained as a chartered accountant in a small firm before moving to a top-10 firm specializing in corporation tax. Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants (ICAEW) and a Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT) member.
Andy has significant experience with both owner-managed businesses and international groups, including substantial experience in advising clients on tax and tax accounting compliance matters, HMRC enquiries, owner-manager profit extraction and exit strategies, R&D claims, Capital allowance claims, Tax Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisition tax matters, Double tax treaties, and corporate group structuring.
