Philippe is a foreign legal consultant (FLC) originally from Canada and former PwC Tax Partner. He has 20 years of combined tax and management experience in assisting foreign and Brazilian multinational companies with their domestic and cross border transactions in Brazil, Latin America, Europe and set-up of international tax structure (financing, IP, trading, holding).
