Rodrigo Lazaro is a tax partner at FCR Law. He handles a broad range of tax matters for national and international companies with a focus on tax litigation, tax planning and restructuring.
In 2019, Rodrigo was nominated as Judge at the Tax Court of the State of São Paulo (Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas), with mandate from 2020 to 2021.
He is also a Member of the Tax Litigation Commission and of the Customs Law Commission, both organized by the Brazilian Bar Association (2019/2021).
Rodrigo is a regular speaker at events and lectures involving tax law. Recently, he was appointed as a keynote speaker in events regarding tax legislation and tax planning organized by the Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo (CRC-SP).
