Recently, our FY Associate in Paraguay, Juan Manuel Moratal was on the Cafe CNN Chile giving his opinion about Prosur- the initiative proposed by the president of Colombia, Ivan Duque, together with his Chilean counterpart, Sebastian Pirera, for the creation of an integration body to replace the Union of South American Nations.
