2. Independent Member Firms

FY International and its member firms are separate and independent legal entities.

Membership in FY International does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other legal relationship between FY International and any member firm, or between individual member firms, except where expressly agreed in writing.

No member firm has authority to bind FY International or another member firm unless expressly authorized to do so.

Each member firm is independently responsible for the services it provides to its clients.

2A. Use of FY International Branding by Member Firms

Member firms may be authorized to display the “FY International” name, logo, or related branding pursuant to a separate written licensing agreement with FY International. Such authorization is limited to the terms of that agreement and does not expand, extend, or create any liability, agency, partnership, or other legal relationship between FY International and the member firm beyond what is expressly stated in Section 2 above. The display of FY International branding by a member firm does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee by FY International regarding the quality, accuracy, or adequacy of that member firm’s services.

3. No Professional Advice
